- The prices are per day and apartment.
- The prices include: bed linen, towels, heating, electricity, water and dishes.
- If you stay less than 4 nights we charge € 25,00 for final cleaning.
- No pets allowed.
- Children until 3 years free.
- Every further person € 8,00.

The little a b c for info & service
- Animals: No pets are allowed.
- Arrival: The reserved apartment will be at your disposal after 15:00 p.m. (by telephone request, if possible, also earlier)
- Booking: Usually for apartment booking you must pay a deposit fixed by us amounting to the price of about three days of stay. The deposit guarantees that your booking will be kept. In case of cancellation of booking the deposit paid will not be reimbursed.
- Barbecue: Our barbecue and skewers can be used to organize nice evenings with your friends and family.
- Bread, rolls: A grocer’s shop is 2 minutes away, with fresh rolls and more every day.
- Car: The car can be parked within the assigned places in the lot.
- Departure: On the departure day the apartment must be empty by 10:00 a.m.
- Garden: Deck chairs are at your disposal in the garden.
- Payment: We request payment in cash.
- Washing: Change of linens and towels on request, otherwise weekly change.
- Washing machine: When required you can use our washing machine. Possibility of ironing.
